FY 2024 Build to Scale Program  

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program aims to increase the capacity of entrepreneurs in regions throughout the United States to demonstrate, deploy, and deliver new technologies by starting and growing new companies and creating and sustaining new, good jobs. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States, Indian tribes, cities or political subdivisions of a state, and entities whose application is supported by a state or political subdivision

FY 2024 Energy Storage Pilot Demonstrations  

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program will fund technology demonstrations for energy storage solutions at the pilot-scale. The program will focus on non-lithium technologies, long-duration (10+ hour discharge) systems, and stationary storage applications. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Domestic state, territory or the District of Columbia energy offices; Indian Tribes; tribal organizations; institutions of higher education; electric utilities (including electric cooperatives, Tribal utilities, municipally owned electric utilities, and investor-owned utilities; and private energy storage companies

FY 2024 National Renewable Energy Laboratory: Solar Community Assistance for Local Equity 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The program will provide targeted technical and analytical assistance to help communities and organizations adopt and apply insights developed through the Solar Energy Innovation Network (SEIN), which is a collaborative research program that supports multistakeholder teams to research, develop, and share solutions to real-world challenges associated with distributed-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) energy adoption. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Local governments, electric utilities, regulatory authorities, and community-based organizations

TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? Rather than monetary awards, this program provides no-cost targeted technical and analytical assistance to help communities overcome barriers to solar adoption and to find their path to solar in a just and equitable way.

FY 2024 State-Based Healthcare Extension Cooperatives to Accelerate Implementation of Actionable Knowledge into Practice 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support the establishment of state-based healthcare extension cooperatives to conduct an initiative based on patient-centered outcomes research (PCOR) evidence to improve care for medically underserved people. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State governments, local governments, academic institutions, Native American Tribes, school and school districts, Tribal Organizations/Institutions, and nonprofit and private sector organizations

Environmental Protection Agency

FY 2024 Credit Assistance Under the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to accelerate investment in the nation's water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure by providing long-term, low-cost, supplemental credit assistance under customized terms to creditworthy water infrastructure projects of national and regional significance. Click here for more information.
