FY 2025 Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to provide financial and technical assistance to help local communities relieve imminent threats to life and property caused by floods, fires, windstorms, and other natural occurrences that impair a watershed. Click here for more information.

Eligible sponsors are entities with a legal interest in, or responsibility for, the areas threatened by a watershed emergency, including states, state agencies, or legal subdivisions of a state government; local units of government including cities, counties, towns, and conservation districts; and Native American tribes or tribal organizations

FY 2025 Water Technical Assistance (WaterTA) Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to ensure all communities have access to clean, safe, and reliable water by providing technical assistance that will help communities to address challenges in providing safe drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater services to their residents. Rather than providing monetary awards, this program will provide free technical assistance services that will support communities and their water utilities. Click here for more information.

The purpose of this program is to support improving health care in rural areas by addressing their immediate and short-term needs related to the provision of substance use disorder services. WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support the physical preservation of a broad variety of cultural resources associated with the founding of America as a nation in commemoration of the country's semiquincentennial, or 250th anniversary of founding. WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program seeks to implement youth defense system efforts that strengthen and improve the representation of youth involved in the juvenile justice system. This program supports organizations providing public defense services through a combination of direct grants and national training and technical assistance to implement sustainable system improvements that result in improved youth outcomes, reduced recidivism, safer communities, cost savings, and increased public confidence in the juvenile justice system. The purpose of this program is to support cross-system collaborative approaches to reduce the risk of crisis and improve reentry and recovery outcomes for people reentering the community from correctional facilities with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. This program builds on the capacity of applicants to implement new and innovative approaches to enhance existing juvenile drug treatment courts (JDTC) and improve outcomes for youth with substance use or co-occurring mental health disorders, including those with histories of trauma.
