While a lot has happened since January 27, 2025, when the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued Memorandum M-25-13, directing federal agencies to temporarily halt the distribution of financial assistance, including grants, loans, and congressionally directed spending; we thought it prudent to provide you with a general outlook and provide common questions and answers we are receiving.
