David became involved with FASD over 20 years ago while leading a legislative practice group at a statewide environmental law firm. In 2009, he founded his own consulting and law firm, focusing on legislative representation at all levels of government, from local county boards to the state Capitol. His experience as an attorney and lobbyist, paired with his strong commitment to supporting special purpose government, drives his work to further FASD’s mission and support its members.
